The Image Access WideTEK 12 SPECTRUM is a professional-grade multispectral flatbed scanner engineered for advanced document analysis, forensic examination, and high-precision digitization. Unlike conventional scanners, it captures images across ultraviolet (UV), visible (VIS), and infrared (IR) light spectrums, enabling the detection of hidden security features, alterations, watermarks, and material characteristics that are invisible under standard lighting conditions.
With an optical resolution of up to 1200 dpi, the WideTEK 12 SPECTRUM delivers exceptional image clarity and fine detail reproduction. Its integrated UV (365 nm), visible light, and IR (850 nm) illumination systems allow comprehensive spectral analysis in a single device. A built-in backlight function further enables watermark detection and the examination of semi-transparent documents. High-speed scanning ensures efficient workflow, with visible and infrared scans completed in just a few seconds.
Designed for professional environments, the scanner supports advanced applications such as passport and ID verification, banknote authentication, forensic document examination, archival preservation, and industrial quality control. The robust flatbed construction accommodates materials up to 12.3 × 18.5 inches (313 × 470 mm), offering flexibility beyond standard A3 formats.

RETURN POLICY

Scansupply have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return of all or part of a Product is subject to a prior written agreement between Scansupply and the Client. The return costs and risks shall be borne by the Client

SECTION 13 – PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Unless written agreement between the parties, the new products sold by Scansupply are guaranteed, from the date mentioned on the delivery slip, against any material or manufacturing defect, in accordance with the special conditions of the Product manufacturer supplied with the Product. In addition, the Client can subscribe to a warranty extension.
Exchange of products due to a severe malfunction occurring within 24 hours after purchase is possible if these products are returned in original packaging and complete, and the malfunction is verified by Scansupply. The buyer must consult DYANIX before returning the item. The warranty period does not restart with repair and/or replacement of products. A warranty of 30 days is provided for repairs from the date of return shipment by Scansupply. Warranty becomes void in cases of improper use, incorrect connection, exposure to moisture, or other causes beyond the control of Scansupply. The warranty does not cover costs or damages incurred due to modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Scansupply or their certified third party providers, or if the products have been used for purposes other than their intended use, or if they have been handled or maintained in an improper or careless manner.
